Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - Podiatry Experience Preferred  

Location: Foot Health Center 

Type: Full-Time

Business Hours: M-F 8A – 4:30P

We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with a heart for patient care and a passion for going above and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the podiatrist during patient examinations and treatments.
• Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking patient histories, vital signs, and preparing exam rooms.
• Ensure that all patient information is accurately recorded in the system.
• Assist with minor in-office procedures and wound care management as directed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering patient questions and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, answer phones, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with patients regarding care instructions and follow-up appointments.
• Manage supply inventory and ensure medical equipment is prepared for use. 

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
• Experience in podiatry or a similar specialty is highly preferred .
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a patient-first mindset.
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members.
