Job Summary:

This role is essential to optimize back and front-office workflows and enhance account servicing performance as we scale our digital banking platform. It directly supports our objectives to improve efficiency, maintain regulatory readiness, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and documentation of scalable, automated operational processes
• Own day-to-day customer account issues & activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, and Support to drive efficiency
• Reduce friction in high-volume, high-risk workflows through proactive problem mapping

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years of experience in customer operations, relationship management, or client success within a digital banking, fintech, or financial services environment
• Demonstrated track record managing customer accounts, resolving service issues, and delivering excellent client experience
• Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and customer onboarding/servicing workflows
• Familiarity with KYC/AML processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage sensitive customer situations with empathy and efficiency

Language: English and Portuguese. Spanish a plus.
