Job Description

Our client, a leading drywall and interior systems contractor in Orlando , is looking for an experienced Drywall Superintendent to manage all aspects of their commercial projects. This position requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and strong coordination skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee drywall and interior systems construction, including scheduling and subcontractor management.
• Lead and mentor drywall crews to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality work.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Enforce safety procedures and OSHA regulations on-site.
• Maintain communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of drywall experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of drywall systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Leadership and communication skills to manage crews effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
