Title: Senior Analyst, Assortment Activation
Contract Length: 6 month + (Continuous Contract)
Rate: 25-28/hour
Location: Bentonville, AR (5 days onsite)
About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Assortment Activation, you will be responsible for activating modular and assortment strategies that ensure merchandising plans are implemented accurately and efficiently across stores. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational execution, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.
What You’ll Do
· Modular Activation: Activate assortment and modular plans across categories, ensuring alignment with merchandising objectives.
· Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with merchants, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation.
· Process Optimization: Recommend system and process improvements to enhance modular accuracy and efficiency.
· Training & Communication: Support development of training materials and communication plans for associates and stakeholders.
· Performance Monitoring: Track execution metrics and resolve issues promptly to maintain compliance and quality.
· Strategic Insights: Provide recommendations to merchants and leadership based on customer trends, category performance, and market data.
What You’ll Bring
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field.
· Experience: 1+ years in merchandising, modular planning, retail operations or similiar.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with merchandising (or related) systems.
· Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with modular planning tools such as ProSpace or Profloor and systems.
· Knowledge of assortment activation processes and store-level execution.
· Experience in retail analytics or assortment planning.
