Tasked with driving and fostering a culture of patient-centered care, the Performance Improvement/Patient Experience RN Manager will work to transform patient feedback into actionable improvements. This involves identifying performance improvement opportunities and deploying Lean Six Sigma tools to refine customer interaction.
