Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Salinas, CA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing individualized physical therapy plans and treatments to patients, evaluating their progress, and adjusting therapy as needed. Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, and ensuring the highest level of patient care. The role will also involve supporting patients in their recovery journey, including rehabilitation and, when applicable, home care guidance post-discharge.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, demonstrating the ability to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Strong skills in Medicine and Patient Care, ensuring safe and effective therapeutic practices.
  • Experience in Home Care and working with patients to improve independence in their living environments.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing, outpatient therapy, or related medical settings is a plus.
