Pay Range: $33/hour - $58/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership & Staff Supervision: Plan, organize, and facilitate staff to provide patient care. Oversee daily staffing, orient new clinical staff, and provide leadership in clinical problem-solving. Serve as a preceptor/mentor.
• Quality & Compliance: Lead back-office clinical quality initiatives and survey readiness efforts. Uphold all regulatory agency guidelines (e.g., TJC). May serve as a practice Safety Coach and participate in clinical site assessments.
• Operations Management: Maintain appropriate clinical staffing and supply par levels. Contribute to financial viability through service quality and clinical excellence. Act as a liaison for EHR training needs.
• Human Resources: Assist with staff recruitment, provide timely feedback, and participate in the hiring process. Ensure all clinical staff maintain appropriate credentials/licensure and lead the annual competency check-off process.
• Professional Nursing Practice: Perform the full nursing process to provide safe, high-quality, individualized patient care. Coordinate care through effective interdisciplinary partnerships and patient education.
• Strategic Implementation: Attend leadership meetings, share information with practice staff, and lead the implementation of clinical best practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills; Registered Nurse (RN), Supervisory/Leadership, Clinic/Ambulatory Care, Allergy/Immunology or Asthma (Preferred)
• Licensure: Current/active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license or Multi-State Compact RN license.
• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required upon hire.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse required. Will also consider candidates with 1 year of RN experience and more than 2 years of experience in a physician practice setting as an LPN or CMA. Supervisory/leadership experience and specific experience in an Allergy, Immunology, Asthma, or similar specialty practice setting are strongly preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal/human relations and team-building skills. Ability to implement national nursing standards, delegate effectively, and manage time efficiently. Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English. Basic computer skills and a positive, detail-oriented approach to interacting with staff, providers, and patients are required.
