Senior Technical Project Manager

Location: Orlando, FL 4 days onsite

About the Role

Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support complex software delivery initiatives across large-scale, customer-facing platforms. This role will focus on system integrations, pricing platforms, and connectivity solutions that integrate internal enterprise systems with third-party technologies.

The Senior Technical Project Manager will work closely with engineering, product, and external vendors to drive execution across multiple workstreams. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring delivery predictability, strong communication, and successful execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Partner with engineering, product management, and external technology vendors
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery predictability
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, budgets, and milestones
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment
• Provide clear status reporting, documentation, and executive-level updates
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively drive resolution
• Support delivery of integrations between internal platforms and third-party systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project management experience leading enterprise software delivery projects
• Experience delivering solutions in large, complex enterprise environments
• Experience managing project budgets with fiscal controls and ROI tracking
• Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships across cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational, time management, and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience with project management and reporting tools including Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Wiki tools, MyPPM (Clarity), Jira, Tableau, and Power BI
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing external technology integrations and third-party vendors
• Background in lodging, media, travel, or consumer-facing technology
• Experience supporting pricing, booking, or commerce-related platforms
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
