Position Overview

As an Upholsterer, you will collaborate with our team to install high-quality leather interiors, including vehicle seats and related components. Your craftsmanship will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' automotive experiences.

Compensation

• Training Rate: Starting at $18 per hour (no prior experience required)
• Experienced Rate: Up to $20 per hour with relevant experience
• Annual Pay Potential: Up to $80,000

Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need to effectively carry out the following essential duties:

• Perform installations of leather interiors and related components
• Analyze work orders and products for accuracy
• Maintain tools and installation supplies with care
• Complete service and installation documentation accurately
• Undertake additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Preferred Experience
• Familiarity with hand tools and vehicle electrical systems
• Background in auto trim, upholstery, seating, interior trim, or the automotive industry
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities; capable of reading and interpreting work orders and specifications
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and driven to excel. Quality-focused with meticulous attention to detail. Professional demeanor, including dependability, accountability, and punctuality. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
