Vice President of Construction – Data Centres (Texas)

Are you a senior construction leader ready to take full ownership of delivery on a large-scale hyperscale data centre programme in Texas?

This is a true executive opportunity based in Dallas, offering long-term stability, exceptional senior-level package, and real influence over one of the most significant mission-critical platforms currently expanding in the US market.

I’m seeking an experienced Vice President of Construction to lead all construction delivery across a flagship, multi-phase data centre campus, working with a high-calibre international team on a complex, high-value programme with serious long-term runway.

You will take full responsibility for construction strategy, execution, performance and team development from early works through commissioning and handover, ensuring the platform is delivered safely, compliantly and to the highest operational standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing overall executive leadership of the Texas construction programme
• Owning and executing the full construction delivery strategy and governance
• Leading all programme, cost, quality, safety and commissioning readiness activities
• Managing and holding accountable GC and MEP delivery partners
• Establishing delivery standards, procedures and best practice across the platform
• Building, mentoring and scaling the regional construction leadership team
• Chairing senior construction and delivery coordination forums
• Identifying risk and constraints early and driving solutions across the wider business
• Acting as the senior construction authority within the national leadership group

What we’re looking for:

• Proven senior leadership experience delivering large-scale data centre, hyperscale or mission-critical projects
• Strong technical understanding of complex MEP systems, power infrastructure and commissioning requirements
• Demonstrated track record owning end-to-end construction delivery on high-value capital programmes
• Experienced managing GC and MEP partners in demanding, high-pressure environments
• Confident, commercially astute leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Calm, structured and solutions-driven operating style at executive level
